Kitty Bungalow - Charm School for Wayward Cats
Kitty Bungalow is a nonprofit community cat organization and kitten socialization facility in South Los Angeles. Their programs provide services for the most vulnerable felines including: community cats needing TNR (trap, neuter return); undersocialized cats seeking alternate adoption placement; and homeless kittens from the streets or overcrowded shelters. Kitty Bungalow's dedicated family of onsite volunteers and foster parents care for our "students" and use fear-free socialization techniques to take street cats from 'hiss to home.' Kitten Rescue
Founded in 1997, Kitten Rescue has grown into one of LA’s largest and most impactful cat welfare organizations. Each year, their passionate, volunteer-led team rescues and places over 2,000 cats and kittens into loving homes, and to date they’ve found forever families for more than 35,000 cats. In addition to their robust adoption program, Kitten Rescue hosts weekly events, runs a dedicated foster network, and even operates a heartwarming “Kitten Cam” room staffed by nursing moms.
